What if I receive a damaged product?

If your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear visual proof.

Please provide:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos or videos of the damaged item
  • Photos of the packaging (if possible)

Can I return or exchange sale items?
